Rack Plating Reliable Electroplating offers to its customers quality rack plating. The advantages of rack plating are numerous, but most often it is used to work with intricate, delicate, highly polished parts or small quantities. Each customer's requirements are carefully analyzed for quality results.
Rack plated parts are positioned on coated metal racks. Proper rack placement, configuration and unique designs are used to provide the best plating processing depending on size, shape and intricacy of the parts. The parts are affixed to the racks with hooks, clips, or wire. The size, weight, and dimensions are considered when working out the desired configuration for racking the parts. A choice of masking methods is available for plating application. This will allow plating of a complete part or plating of a partial part depending on design and specification requirements.
